Brief Description

Join us for an exciting weekend in Big Bear, filled with hiking, exploration, and relaxation. After a scenic drive from San Diego, we'll set up camp and spend the day hiking and discovering the natural beauty of the area. Enjoy a cozy evening around the campfire, complete with a delicious dinner and stargazing. The next day, after breakfast, we’ll head into town for kayaking or exploring before returning to San Diego. This trip is perfect for adventurers looking for a fun, nature-filled weekend!

Big Bear Weekend Adventure Itinerary

Saturday:

• 7:30 AM: Departure from San Diego.

  • Leave the meeting spot for a scenic 3-hour drive to Big Bear.

• 10:30 AM: Arrival at the Campsite.

  • Set up camp and get settled in the beautiful surroundings.

• 12:00 PM: Lunch at the Campsite.

  • Enjoy a quick meal before beginning the day’s activities.

• 1:00 - 5:00 PM: Hiking & Exploring.

  • Spend the afternoon exploring the nearby trails and natural beauty of Big Bear.

• 5:00 - 6:00 PM: Dinner at the Campsite.

  • Gather for a delicious meal and relax for the evening.

• 6:00 PM - Night: Campfire & Relaxation.

  • Unwind around the campfire, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and soak in the night sky.

Sunday:

• 8:00 AM: Breakfast at the Campsite.

  • Start the day with a hearty breakfast.

• 9:00 - 11:00 AM: Pack Up.

  • Prepare the campsite for departure, finishing by 11 AM.

• 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Explore Big Bear Town.

  • Head into town for a kayaking adventure (weather permitting) or explore the town's shops and sights.

• 1:00 PM: Late Snacks.

  • Grab some snacks or a light meal while enjoying the town’s charm.

• 4:30 PM: Departure for San Diego.

  • Begin the drive back home.

• 7:00 - 7:30 PM: Arrive Back in San Diego.

  • Conclude the adventure with an expected return to the original meeting spot.
